Welcome back to my weekly newsletter.

Last week, we talked about the Art of Asking, and the two different types of cultures when it comes to making requests.

This week, we're going to go over another art form.

We're going to discuss navigating conversations without sparking unnecessary conflict.

Notice how "unnecessary" is bolded.

Sometimes, you're going to disagree with what someone said or did, and you'll have to make a stand.

Sometimes, you're going to have to confront someone or bring up an uncomfortable topic.

However, we're not here to talk about those situations.
